VP Visuals specializes in sports photography, team and individual sessions, headshots, event coverage, and custom portrait sessions.
Where are you located?
VP Visuals is based in the between the Fredericksburg and Richmond area and serves surrounding communities. Travel options are available for select events.
How do I book a session?
You can book by contacting us through the website, contact form or via email. We’ll discuss details, availability, and session goals before confirming your date.
How long does it take to receive photos?
Turnaround time is typically 1–2 weeks for standard sessions and varies for large events. You’ll receive a private online gallery when your photos are ready.
Are digital downloads included?
Yes. Depending on your package, digital images are included. Downloaded images are delivered without watermarks.
Can I order prints?
Absolutely. Professional-quality prints can be ordered directly through your gallery. Print orders are optional but ensure accurate color and premium materials.
Can I share my gallery?
Yes! You may share the gallery link and password with family and friends.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather. We’ll communicate proactively if changes are needed.
Do you require a deposit?
Some sessions require a retainer to secure your date. This will be discussed at booking.
